Search: Adjusting the Parameters

The Search Parameters are laid out in six separate windows. The first one provides access to global stringency settings. The other windows deal with specific sub-search parameters (Constraints), primer/probe sequence itself (Sequence Constraints) and scoring definitions (Scores).
