7. Analyze - LCR
Ligase Chain Reaction is a diagnostic technique designed to confirm the sequence in a target DNA sample. The LCR function designs two pairs of complementary LCR primers for a wild-type DNA sample, and optionally, an additional pair to detect a point mutation.
