6. Analyze - PCR
Once an upper and lower primer have been selected on the template (by OLIGO or manually), PCR experimental conditions and PCR product information are automatically generated. Adjust primer and salt concentration in the window to change the optimal annealing temperature. P.E. is the priming efficiency. You may adjust the search conditions to find primer pairs closely matching with either Tm or P.E. Window on the lower right displays any relevant warning messages.
