Its reverse-translation, hypothetical restriction sites search in protein and the secondary structure search features make it the ideal tool for designing genes and site-directed mutagenesis experiments. It gives hybridization times, re-calculates nucleic acids concentrations and absorptions making design of your experiment an easy and even sometimes enjoyable task.
