14. Search - For Primers & Probes
The search for Primers & Probes is the central search feature of Oligo. You may search here for various types of primers and probes. By clicking on a 'radio' button you are choosing the type of a primer; you can also control the sub-search types by checking on the appropriate boxes. More control gives the Search Parameters dialog, where you can lock certain parameters when using the automatic stringency change option or change the initial search stringency.
