Multiplexing Window
Use OLIGO's multiplex window to select groups of primer pairs for nested PCR or other single-tube multiplexing operations. Cross-compatibility among all primers is determined by OLIGO. Clicking the "Pairs" button opens the "Primer Pairs - Multiplexing" window, a list of primer pairs. All primers on this list are cross-compatible. More advanced multiplexing is available from the Database window.
